History of Pink Shutter

Tom and Lance attended many weddings and photo booths were popular but had many drawbacks: heavy, hard to transport, time consuming to setup, and produced low quality, slow prints. Tom and Lance decided to design and build a new type of photo booth that solved all the typical issues, plus make it ultra-portable, studio quality and then patent it. They went through numerous designs until they had one of the fastest, easiest to setup, spacious, luxurious booths, specifically engineered to be brought to special events.

Tom and Lance founded the retail company Pink Shutter Photo Booths in the November of 2011. During the initial r&d, they inadvertently spent such great lengths is creating a system that was so portable, that it inherently allowed Pink Shutter to form a new business model that is easily scalable and deployable into any market. This business model was so powerful that they even earned a spot on abc’s hit show, Shark Tank, debuting on May 10, 2013, episode 425.

There are a few things, although seemingly small in idea all add up to what we call a “recipe for greatness.” With all the discounting, foreign outsourcing and such, the one thing that our economy has always been willing to pay a premium for, even during times of economic uncertainty is personal attention, quality, service and social responsibility. We pride ourselves on a 100% satisfaction guarantee, the best quality, super-fast printing, custom professionally designed layouts, luxurious booths, and charitable contributions on every rental.

With this in mind the Pink Shutter quality line of businesses was created and is now being deployed nationwide. All of here at the Pink Shutter family hope that you get the chance to experience the quality Pink Shutter has to offer. Till our next soiree, Cheers!
